Shauna, Saintz Dragons

Meet Shauna, business owner of Saint’z Dragons in Colne…

“Hi I’m Shauna, and I own and run Saint’z Dragons, a gothic alternative gift shop with a geeky twist of comic books, Pokemon and Warhammer as well as lots of handmade items from local artists and crafters. I’ve lived in colne all my life and to be part of Colne’s high street has been an amazing achievement for me as I’ve see many shops over the years come and go, with brilliant characters too, so to be part of that now is great. I’ve always loved the gothic side of things and a huge Pokémon fan so it was a bit of a no brainer for me to combine what I love and have a passion for into a career and a business that has been life changing. Keep your eyes out on my Facebook page and website as we are always updating stock and we have so much I’m sure you will find something for everyone here!”

Clare, The Lingerie Boutique

Meet Clare, business owner of The Lingerie Boutique in Colne…

I’m Clare, the owner of The Lingerie Boutique in Colne. I have been in Shackleton Hall for two years in April when I moved to Colne from the west of Scotland where I had my business there.I have been making women feel fabulous about themselves for over 20yrs providing a very personal and professional bra fitting service which is a key element of my business. You only have to look at my 5* reviews on Facebook to feel confident to book an appointment with me. 😊My career started at BHS and I have updated my training to include maternity / nursing, mastectomy, transgender and teen fittings as well as everyone else.I enjoy running and listening to music, especially the 80s which gives my age away 😉 A small fact about myself is I have been a model in the past. When I was 3yrs old I appeared on a postcard for The Shell Garden in Jersey and was sent all over the world.
